RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

CANCELLATION

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatched; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed. It may take additional 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your card/bank account statement, depending on your credit card company.

RETURNS

All returns must be reported and notified to us within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer care team to obtain approval and arrange for the item pickup and return.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return, or exchange shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take additional 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your card/bank account statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. In case of cash paid order, we process the refund by bank account deposit/transfer.

Please Note: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Used or damaged.

– Without original packaging and tags.

– Makeup and cosmetics products.
